The idea, created by Michelin-starred Chef Alessandro Gilmozzi and with the participation of Val di Fiemme chefs, aims to enhance the products of the wine country and bring guests and locals closer to the food and wine traditions of this corner of Trentino. It will also be an opportunity to fully enjoy the vast terraced garden cultivated with vines for more than 2,500 years and supported by more than 700 km of dry stone walls. Right here, in this landscape with a strong agricultural and cultural value, grapes grow and are transformed into fragrant wines with a strongly distinctive flavor.
