Hero – The home of burgers was founded in Predazzo in 2018 by Mauro’s family, who will give you a warm and hearty welcome.
Every Hero Burger is a journey made of colours, ingredients and flavours.
Our Angus Burger, for example, is a tribute to Scotland: Aberdeen Angus burger, salad, tomatoes, cheddar cheese sauce, Irish bacon, mayonnaise and ketchup.
The Timber Burger, on the contrary, reflects the genuine and authentic identity of our valley: minced beef, grilled peppers, crispy speck and grilled tosella cheese, as well as our homemade pink peppercorn sauce.
Fish lovers can’t miss our L’Avisio Burger, served with locally sourced trout tartare.
On the menu you will also find our CAMM Beer, a pale lager, low-fermented, unpasteurized beer. This crazy idea has been made possible thanks to the expertise of our local brewery. Together, we have created a beer that encapsulates our identity.
