The church of Ziano is an example of faith, art and craftsmanship in Fiemme. The project of the sacred building was prepared by the master builder Furlanello, father of the homonymous painter of the Scuola di Fiemme. Consecrated in 1968, it was completed in its current volume in 1821, thanks to the commitment and advice of capable artists such as Don Antonio Longo di Varena. He is responsible for the painting that occupies the upper part of the faƧade, which depicts the Madonna of Loreto seated on the Holy House at the top. The rest is contained in classical frames that enclose the figures of Christ the Redeemer and St. John the Baptist.
Its style is vaguely Baroque, but the overall result is a monumental and compact presence, simple and clean in every detail, under the two steep slopes of the shingled roof, typical of Alpine countries.
