The Pelz winery was founded in 1995 by three brothers, Diego, Michele and Franco, who shared the same vision: producing wines that could express the unique identity and history of Val di Cembra and its purpose-built terraces.
Vineyards extend on the steep slopes of the side of the valley looking south-east. This enables us to grow different varieties of grapes and get the best results. Our wine is a dream come true thanks to our daily commitment and our fondness for the valley.
Since 2019, the Pelz winery has been BIO certified.
