Fratelli Giorgio e Federico Paolazzi is a small but thriving family-run winery founded in 2002 in Faver, in the lush Val di Cembra. This charming village is surrounded by vineyards grown on a mountainside characterised by the presence of gravel in the upper part and clay in the lower part.
The winery is located in the basement of the two brothers’ family’s house.
The Paolazzi’s business is a niche winery, whose wines stand out for the quality of the grapes, the wisdom behind the process and the passion devoted throughout the production.
Being aware of Val di Cembra’s unique terroir, Federico and Giorgio want to preserve its natural features by selecting the most suitable variety of vine for each plot of land. Environmental sustainability is also pursued by preferring organic farming practices, avoiding herbicides and slashing chemicals.
