Since the time of the Republic of Venice, when the hotel was known as Hostaria Venezia, little has changed. The restaurant La Stua continues to welcome both local inhabitants and travellers.
It was back in 1972 when Sergio and Paola started the business: Paola would welcome the guests with a smile, whereas Sergio would delight them with simple yet delicious dishes of Trentino cuisine.
Nowadays is their daughter Jngrid who runs the restaurant and reinterprets tradition with a touch of innovation.
