Malga Arodolo is a 1200mt-high farm which breeds cows, sheep, rabbits and chickens in a very green corner of Val di Fiemme. The farmhouse boosts also a traditional restaurant.
While sitting on the outdoor tables, you can taste traditional dishes like polenta with roasted rabbit or spezzatino, lucanica sausage, cheese fondue or pasta with mushrooms; alternatively, have a snack with the tasty local cold cuts or with home-made desserts, like the strudel pie, tarts and apple pie.
