PURPOSE OF THE CONTEST:
Contest to promote Val di Fiemme brand.

HOW TO ENTER:
To enter the contest, the users must expressly agree to the rules and regulations that can be consulted before entering the contest.
The contest is open to all adult citizens of the European Union who fill out the registration form on www.visitfiemme.it. 

Entry into the contest will be by completing and submitting the electronic form (requesting first name, last name, and email address) offered at the conclusion of the successfully completed Vla di Fiemme related game. The game is based only on recognition of places and activities in Val di Fiemme, requires minimal skill, and completion is in no way tied to randomness or draws.

The contest foresees the assigning of one prize every month via drawing of all of participants registered via the registration form.
For all winners, the prize will be communicated to the owner of the email registered, as per the data submitted in the contest’s registration system.
The participant will be contacted by the staff of the Val di Fiemme e Cembra Tourism Board Office who will verify their personal data and, possibly, agree upon the modality for delivery of the prize.

ASSIGNING FINAL PRIZE

All users who have filled out the registration form at the end of the game will participate in the three scheduled draws according to the terms provided for the draws and indicated below, for a total of 3 Apt Fiemme e Cembra vouchers worth €200 including vat + 6 VIP Tickets for the 2024 Tour de Ski Final Weekend and 2 stays+skipasses up for grabs. 
Blupixelit will generate, via encrypted form, the file containing the participants' names registered in the contest. 
This file will be generated in encrypted form in order not to visualize the participant’s personal data.

From this file, using special software, 3 (three) winners and 6 (six) reserves will be drawn for the first drawing and 1 (one) winner and 2 (two) reserves for the second and third entries.

The winner's encrypted code will be afterward checked by the promoting company that will provide the winner's data.
The winner will receive an e-mail informing him/her about the prize and all instructions and assignment procedure of the prize. 
The proclamation of the winner will be communicated via e-mail to all entrants registered. This communication will declare the public conclusion of the contest. The contest will be advertised also on www.visitfiemme.it (on this page).
The prize drawing will be performed in the presence of a public official or the Val di Fiemme Tourism Board Office’s staff.

It should be noted that:

• whether, as a result of an inspection, the winner's personal data results to be incorrect or whether it is not possible to identify the winner's name or, in any case, the data released at the time of registration and online refresh are not proved as “valid/existing”, the participation of the winner will be canceled and the prize will be awarded by the reserves and, whether also the participation of the reserves is not proved as “valid/existing”, the prize will be given to the non-profit organization indicated below.
• Concerning the software used for the prize drawing, it is never possible to establish in advance who will be the winning and losing participants. As a matter of facts, to guarantee the participant the good faith that winning is truly random and not intended, the computer will be programmed for payouts under the rules of absolute randomness.
• The entrants who, according to the discretion of the promoter or any third party appointed by it, result to have participated and won but who had communicated false information or, otherwise, in violation of the normal course of the initiative, will not win the prize. The promoter reserves the right to proceed under the terms deemed most appropriate – and in compliance with applicable laws – to restrict and inhibit any initiative designed to elude the system.
• In case of winning, the prize will be assigned to the owner of the e-mail address as registered in the promoter's system and sent to the address that the same entrant will indicate to the logistical operator.
• Possible prizes not assigned to the winner or reserves, or not assignable for any other reason to the winner or reserves, will be devolved to the no-profit organization indicated below.
• The final validation of the prize will be made by the promoter, in accordance with the existence of the participation conditions laid down in this contest regulations.
• Only adults can enter this contest.
• The promoter reserves the right to eliminate from the contest any entrant who, in non-compliance with these regulations, has attempted to commit fraud.

Other people excluded from the winning:

• People who turn out to be employees of the empowered company and promoter of the drawing operations of the contest. 

The server who will manage the website of the contest will work 24/24h, throughout the whole duration of the contest.

PRIZE:

First draw

• Three vouchers worth €200 expendable exclusively at the Booking Center of Apt Fiemme and Cembra, convertible until 15/10/2024 and 6 VIP Tickets for the 2024 Tour de Ski Final Weekend. Vouchers are not convertible into cash and are subject to availability expressed by the Booking Centre at the time of conversion.

Second and third draw

• A holiday stay of 2 nights with half-board in a 4-star hotel for 2 people with 2-day daily ski pass, for a total of 3 stays, to be redeemed from 08/01/2024 to 30/03/2024 (except from 10/02/24 to 17/02/24)

SWEEPSTAKE: € 1.865

The promoting company is not liable or responsible for any problems regarding access, failure, malfunction or difficulty that might prevent users from entering the service and the contest. Prizes may not be transferred. Selected winners unable or unwilling to redeem their will not be entitled to any money. The prize cannot be converted into cash or other forms of monetary retribution. Vouchers do not entitle to reimbursement for services booked with them.

RESPONSIBILITY REGARDING THE SCOPE OF PRIZES:
For what concerns the above-mentioned prizes, it should be noted that: no responsibility is attributed to the promoter in case of accident and/or injury occurred to the winners of the above-mentioned prizes; no responsibility is also attributed to the promoter for the services offered during the holiday/stay won.

Prize drawing:

Three drawings will take place during the entirety of the contest, in compliance with the random criteria, will be 3 (three) winners and 6 (six) reserves for the first draw and 1 (one) winner and 2 (two) reserves for the second and third entries from the database of contest participants.

First draw

Only users who have filled out the contest registration form from 12.00 p.m. on December 21, 2023 until 12.00 a.m. on January 1, 2024 are eligible to participate. The drawing takes place within 3 working days after the closing date and the winners' names are announced within the next 7 working days.

The winners extracted on January 1, 2024 are Ms. Moreno Basso, Ms. Heinz Baier and Mrs. Desiree Fernando, who accepted the prize within the required time frame as per the rules and regulations.

Second draw

Only users who have filled out the contest registration between the hours of 00.00 of January 2nd, 2024 and 12.00 a.m. on January 21st, 2024 can participate. The drawing takes place within 3 working days of the closing date and the name of the winner will be communicated within 7 working days after the drawing.

The winner extracted on January 23, 2024 is Mrs. Daniela Consolini, who accepted the prize within the required time frame as per the rules and regulations.

Third draw

Only users who have filled out the contest registration between the hours of 00.00 of January 22nd, 2024 and 12.00 a.m. on February 21st, 2024 can participate. The drawing takes place within 3 working days of the closing date and the name of the winner will be communicated within 7 working days after the drawing.

The winner extracted on February 21, 2024 is Mrs. Marina Melandri, who accepted the prize within the required time frame as per the rules and regulations.

The winner will be contacted by the Fiemme e Cembra Tourism Board Office to be informed about his/her winning. Whether the winner is not interested in, he/she has the right to give up the delivery, therefore, to give up the prize without claiming anything else from the promoting company.
All prizes will be delivered by 10 (ten) days from the prize drawing.

Modification to the regulations:
The FIEMME e CEMBRA TOURISM BOARD OFFICE reserves the right to modify the whole or part of the contents of the articles of these rules, ensuring that all modifications do not adversely affect in any way the rights of the participants of the contest, in accordance with the provisions of the art. 10, c. 4 of the Italian Presidential Decree 430/01. In that case, they will be informed about the modifications in the same way they have become aware of the initial conditions.  

Compliance and guarantees:
a) Regulations
These rules are signed by the Director of the promoting company. Pursuant to art. 11 of the Italian Presidential Decree 26/10/2001 no. 430, the rules of the contest will be available to all participants on the website www.vistifiemme.it

b) Donation of the prizes
The prizes that won't be demanded nor assigned will be devolved to the no-profit organization “SportABILI”, (via Lagorai, 113, 38037 Predazzo, Trento, Italy, Fiscal Code 91010010220) in compliance with the art. 10 comma 5 of the Italian Presidential Decree 26/10/2001, no.430.

c) Processing of personal data
It should be noted that all data collected by the Fiemme e Cembra Tourism Board Office derived by the participation to the contest “Fiemme Smile” will be processed in full compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation GDPR 2016/679, and modifications, and for the purposes connected to the participation to the contest. In accordance with this target, the collected data might be communicated to Real Web Srl. - via Brennero, 120 – 38121 Trento, the company expressively empowered by the Tourism Board Office – or to another company empowered by Real Web Srl – that is entitled to being charged of the processing of personal data, in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation GDPR 2016/679, in order to represent it in every fulfillment regarding the contest, including the drawing of winners and the verbalization connected to the prize assignation and the conclusion of the contest.
To fulfill the rights in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation GDPR 2016/679, it is possible to forward a written request to the Fiemme e Cembra Tourism Board Office, whose registered office is situated in Cavalese (TN-Italy) via F.lli Bronzetti, 60, 38033.

d) Advertisement
The contest will be advertised in the Internet (banners, pop-ups, stand-alone e-mails, social networks, advertising insertions) linkable to the website www.visitfiemme.it, and via e-communication.
